USA FH determines your U age group by the age a player is as of 12/31 each year for the following year, i.e. if a player is 10 on 12/31, she is U12 for the following year. The majority of the winter season takes place after 12/31/2022 so all players are invited to join these age groups for the Winter 2023-2024 season:

o U14 is for players born in 2011 and 2010
o U16 is for players born in 2009 and 2008
o U19 is for players born in 2007, 2006, and 2005

TURF CLINIC FOR GRADES K - 12 (12 WEEKS)

We are delighted to extend this exciting opportunity to you, which will take place on the full turf field. To ensure a tailored experience for all players, our skilled coaches will group players based on their age and ability levels.

Throughout the program, each week will introduce a new skill and tactic to the players, with a strong emphasis on progressive learning. This means that the skills and tactics learned in the previous week will serve as a foundation for the subsequent sessions.
​
Our main objective is to nurture strong fundamentals in the players, emphasizing essential aspects of the game, including passing and receiving techniques, shooting proficiency, and an in-depth understanding of the game's dynamics.

Join us for a pre season clinic! We'll work on technical skills such as stick handling, passing accuracy, and mastering various ball control techniques. Through a combination of structured drills, scrimmages, and expert coaching, our preseason clinic aims to equip athletes with the necessary skills and fitness levels to start the season at their best.
Fee: $175.00
TURF/COURT COMBO CLINIC (12 weeks)
December 1st - February 25th
U14 PLAYERS AND UNDER ONLY
TURF: Fridays 5 - 6
COURT: Sundays 9 - 10am
We are very excited to offer this opportunity to all U14 players and younger! Gain experience on BOTH turf and court surfaces in one clinic. Learn the different styles of play needed in order to have fun and be successful!
Fee: $900
U10/U12 CLUB TEAM (9 weeks)
December 5th - February 6th
2X weekly:
Insports Sundays 9 - 10am
This practice is with a large group (about 20) we will focus on big concepts and lots of learning through scrimmaging.
